1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

*Shipping time is estimated and starts from the shipping date, rather than the order date. It may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other factors.

2. CUSTOMS FEE

In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before goods are released from customs. Customers are solely responsible for customs fees. Vin2Love does not offer refunds or returns if customers do not pay these fees or if there is any confusion regarding customs requirements. Additionally, please be aware that, in rare instances, customs agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

3. DELIVERY ERROR

We hold no responsibility for incorrect addresses given or late changes on addresses. If you do enter an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP (before shipping) and we will do our best to rectify the error. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address during mid-delivery.

In instances where delivery addresses are recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us with the corrected and complete address and incur additional re-delivery charges. $10 or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.
